Frequently asked questions
Where do the leads come from?
Public building permit records from local governments, which we collect and screen for projects a cleaning company would want. Builder contact details come from the permit itself and from public business listings.
How current is the information?
Our system checks for new projects regularly, with most areas updated daily. New projects appear on your Radar as they are processed.
Which areas do you cover?
Austin and the surrounding Central Texas communities. Tell us where you work and we will confirm coverage. We are adding areas over time.
Will other companies see the same leads?
On the Leads and Leads + Rapid Clean plans, leads in a territory can be shared with other TidyRadar companies in that territory. On the territory plan, you are the only company that receives them.
Who can send a Rapid Clean request?
Property managers, realtors, builders, short-term rental hosts, movers, stagers and homeowners. Create an account and choose Referral Partner (homeowners can pick Other), then submit the address, type of clean and timing. Matched local cleaning companies respond in the app, where you can message them and track the request.
Do you guarantee that leads become jobs?
No. TidyRadar helps you find and reach the right people sooner. We do not perform cleaning, set your prices, or guarantee that any lead becomes paid work.
Is there a long-term contract?
Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.
How do I get started?
